Collective Vision

She Runs Wild is a three-day all-inclusive women's retreat on twelve private acres at the edge of Olympic National Park, gathering up to 33 women for an immersive experience rooted in nature, community, and return to self.

Plant walks, breathwork, hot oil massage, yoga, art, a live forest concert, water ceremony, and facilitated circles are woven into one seamless arc -- lodging and meals included. The inaugural gathering opens August 7th, peaking on August 8th, the Lionsgate Portal. You arrive, you let go, and you are held, completely, the entire way through.

She Runs Wild welcomes all women, including trans women and those who hold the feminine in their hearts.

Offerings

  • Water Medicine Two forms of water ceremony woven through our days: a sacred Water Offerings Ceremony at the ocean — a ritual of release and gratitude — and Cold Plunge immersion in the river, guided with intention and care.

  • Breathwork Ceremony A Conscious Connected Breathwork ceremony and somatic healing session, guided by a trained practitioner. This is one of the most powerful gateways into the body that exists. Expect to feel it for days.

  • Live Music & Song A live songbird performs across our evenings, filling the meadow and the trees with voice. Music as medicine. Sound as a way home.

  • Sound Bath An immersive sound healing experience using singing bowls and Abhyanga (Ayurvedic lymphatic touch) — designed to move what is stuck and settle what is scattered.

  • Drawing the Unconscious A morning intuitive drawing session — a drawing practice that bypasses the thinking mind and accesses what lives beneath. No artistic skill required. Just a pen, paper, and willingness. Each participant receives a custom drawing pad and pen set as a take-home gift.

  • Dance Party A full Dance Party experience — Curated music, and a space to move your body in the dark. Movement as liberation. Dance as prayer.

  • Body & Somatic Work Sessions in massage, lymphatic therapy, and somatic healing — offered across the retreat to support nervous system regulation and deep physical restoration.

  • Nourishing Food All meals are included — catered dinners from locally-sourced PNW kitchens, in-house breakfasts, communal lunches, and a snack bar available throughout the day. Eating together is also an activation.

  • Ceremony Circle Held as an opening + closing ceremony  by our space facilitator — a dedicated circle to open and close each our time together with intention, voice, and witness. The container that holds everything else.

ARYUVEDIC BODYWORK  |  SHANA

My background bridges both science and spirituality. I studied Health: Science, Society and Policy at Brandeis University and worked in cancer research and integrative medicine before following a calling into mindfulness, yoga, and wellness education. Along the way, I became a certified mindfulness facilitator, yoga teacher, Ayurveda practitioner, wellness coach, and retreat leader, with training and experience spanning the United States, Mexico, Guatemala, and beyond. At She Runs Wild, I’m bringing a passion for authentic connection, self-discovery, and embodied living. Whether through movement, meditation, meaningful conversation, or spiritual exploration, I love creating spaces where people feel safe to reconnect with themselves and remember their own inner wisdom. I believe healing is not about becoming someone new—it’s about coming home to who you truly are. I’m honored to be part of this community and can’t wait to connect, learn, and grow alongside fellow wild-hearted women. 🌿✨

MADELYN | SOMATIC  BREATHWORK

MUSIC + TAROT  |  TASCHE

Madelyn Hogarth is a Plant Medicine Guide, Somatic Breathwork Facilitator, and Somatic Coach. After more than a decade working as a critical care Registered Nurse, she founded HeartRise, a private practice dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with their inner wisdom and the intelligence of the body. Her work focuses on understanding and transforming patterns shaped by chronic stress, trauma, and life's challenges. Grounded in the understanding that our experiences are held not only in the mind, but also within the body and nervous system, she helps clients recognize protective strategies, beliefs, and behaviors that may have once served a purpose but now limit their ability to live with greater authenticity and ease. Drawing from mindfulness-based psychedelic support, transpersonal approaches, nervous system education, trauma-informed somatic practices, and psychedelic harm reduction principles, Madelyn supports clients in developing the capacity to stay present with difficult emotions and experiences while deepening their connection to themselves. Whether clients are seeking healing, personal growth, spiritual exploration, or support through a significant life transition, her work offers an opportunity to move beyond survival patterns and toward a more embodied, connected, and wholehearted way of being.

DANCE PARTY DEE-JAY  |  GINNY

For nearly 30 years, I have had the privilege of working with people across many dimensions of healing. Coming to this work was a natural evolution -- the aggressive sports I pursued from a young age left me in serious, lasting pain, and that pain sent me searching. That search took me to many places, modalities, and gifted practitioners -- some of whom took me by the hand and taught me their craft. I explored every level I could find: physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual. For a long time I was looking for the magic bullet, the thing that would finally take the pain away. Eventually I understood there is no magic bullet. What has moved the needle for me has been a culmination of things -- faith, consistency, tenacity, acceptance, and due diligence. The modalities that most transformed my own healing are the ones I now offer to others. My journey has been both arduous and beautiful. On the hardest days it has felt like hell; on the best days, it has been extraordinary. It has led me to depths I could not have imagined, and I am now deeply honored to walk alongside others on their own path. After all these years, I have a well-stocked tool bag. My goal in any session is to meet you exactly where you are in that moment and tailor our time together to what you need from there. A solid nervous system reset is always at the top of the list. It is a genuine gift to be of service, and I look forward to meeting you.

Tasche de la Rocha is a New Orleans–based singer, songwriter, guitarist, and bandleader originally from Portland, Oregon. She began performing on the streets of New Orleans, where she developed the voice and sound that led to solo house concerts for Laurie Anderson and Jennifer Coolidge, as well as performances in a wide range of venues and galleries. Her music is psychedelic soul with traces of doo-wop, shaped by vocal work that draws on both historical study and operatic training. Tasche’s writing is unapologetically feminist and attentive to emotional nuance, exploring the space between dreams and waking, the romantic and the unseen. With Finnish, Scandinavian, West African, and Indigenous American ancestry, she comes from a lineage of ancestral magic practices and carries this into her work with ritual and tarot. At the retreat, she will perform a musical solo set and offer optional ritual and tarot sessions for participants who wish to explore connection with their own lineages, including those they cannot name.
